Season 8 starts Oct 2012

Started in January 2006, the Ocean Racing Series is one of the largest beachfront events in Africa and is unique to Nelson Mandela Bay, Africa's water sport capital.

Series Membership R150.00 - all members receive a Weekend Post Ocean Racing Series Season 7 t-shirt & draw string tog bag.

5 Events EVERY Race Day

• Dis-Chem 2km Ocean Swim (increases to 3km swim at Race 8)
• 1km Ocean Swim
• Varsity College 5km Beach Run
• 5km Beach Walk
• 1km Kids (12 years or under) Beach Run/Walk

All disciplines run simultaneously so you choose which one you'd like to do on a specific race day.

S7 RACE DAY ENTRY FEES

Ocean Swims - R80
Beach Run/Walk - R60
Kids 1km Run/Walk - R40

SERIES MEMBERS get a R20 discount on the above fees every race day.

Swimmers to use yellow ORS swim caps (same as last season), replacements are available at R20.00 from Henrose Plastics Bag Drop-off Zone at the beach.
